Trial lesson / Trial ticket / Try it out
- How do I sign up for a 2-month trial membership?
You can purchase the trial membership directly in our shop. Please be sure to send us your completed and signed participation agreement afterwards – and for the reduced option also suitable proof. (If you send us a snapshot by email to buero@wujian-leipzig.de , we can create everything for you even before the mail reaches us 🙂 As soon as we have received both, we will set up your profile for you, using the you can then book all your favorite appointments independently at any time 🙂
- Can I catch up on a missed appointment for the trial session?
Making up for your taster session is no problem. If you unfortunately did not make it to your reserved course, please write us briefly for which date (day + course) we can book you in. That’s it 🙂
- Is another trial lesson possible?
With our taster ticket, you can try out all (bookable) classes for a whole week as you please. If you’re still unsure, I might recommend a 10-card or a 2-month trial membership with which you can also try out all the bookable courses to your heart’s content via a ‘flat rate’.
- How can I register for a trial lesson?
If you would like to get a taste of what we do, you can simply choose your favorite date directly from our course calendar. With our taster ticket, you have the opportunity to take part in classes (which can be booked online) for a whole week as you please.
- Do I need to bring anything specific? What do I have to think about?
Basically, all you need is the right clothes with enough freedom of movement, a pair of flat shoes (or barefoot) for a good feeling on the ground (thick non-slip socks are also a good option in winter) and yourself 🙂 Bring enough curiosity and let everyone Expectations just at home 🙂

General & organizational questions
- I can’t reach anyone (instructor)

A little tip: there is also a Whatsapp group where you can also help each other at short notice if someone is missing important information.
- I can’t reach anyone (office)
Unfortunately, we are only a small school and cannot afford a full-time telephone operator 🙂 Please leave us your request on our AB and we will call you back as soon as possible – alternatively you can of course also send us an SMS or send us an e-mail write to buero@wujian-leipzig.de .

Health courses / health insurance funded beginner courses
When will the next health insurance funded courses be available – where can I find the dates?
All dates for new, planned courses can be found on our homepage at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
How long does such a course last?
Normally, the courses run over a period of 9 weeks – for the children it is 10 weeks. But there are also compact courses on the weekends.
Can I book certain courses or have them paid for by the health insurance company?
We offer you the opportunity to take part in a time-limited beginner’s course 2-3 times a year, which you can settle directly via your cash register. All ongoing courses are unfortunately excluded from this option. Here you can find more about the topic of beginner courses and billing via your cash register.
How does it work with the health courses, registration and billing
You can register for one of our health courses, which take place 2-3 times a year, directly via our booking calendar (the dates are on the start page about 3-4 weeks in advance and the booking will be activated). So that you are well insured during your time with us, please send us your participation agreement before the start (if necessary, this can also be done as a snapshot by email to buero@wujian-leipzig.de up to the first hour ). Here you can find more about the topic of beginner courses and billing via your cash register.
The AOK could not find the specified rate
In contrast to the other large health insurers, the AOK does not yet access the uniform database of the ‘Central Prevention Testing Centre’. If the relevant employee is not sufficiently trained, it may happen that your selected course is not found. So here are a few tips on which information you can use to find it:
- by zip code: 04107
- by provider: Wujian-Leipzig
- per offer number: Tai-Chi (34374), Qigong (34375), Kids-Aktiv (29257)
Does this also apply to the children’s courses with billing via the cash register?
Currently, the billing of time-limited children’s courses (not the continuous lessons) is only possible from the age of 14. You can find more information about this here on our website.
Is it possible to start a health course late?
You can board up to the third hour at the latest if there is still a seat available. You can then make up for the two hours you missed within one month free of charge.
How do I get a confirmation of participation for billing at my cash register?
We will issue you the confirmation of participation approx. 2 weeks after the end of the course (if you have AOK insurance, you do not need it) – you can pick it up in the office during our office hours; if you wish, it can also be sent directly to your home by post.
For which courses does the AOK health voucher apply?
The AOK health voucher is only valid for temporary health courses – which we offer about 2-3 times a year. You can find the dates for this about 4-6 weeks in advance directly on our homepage.

Online Calendar | Course booking | Registration & entry
Are there currently any vacancies? How, when and where can I participate?
You can find out whether and where there are still free places in our online calendar. If more than 2 weeks have passed since the start of a new (beginner) course, it might be difficult to catch the ‘red thread’. In the ongoing basic courses, lateral entry is usually not a problem 🙂
How do I sign up?
If you have not yet decided on an ongoing membership, you can still book into the dates of your choice (if they are bookable). With the drop-in ticket or block tickets you can get started right away – for ongoing participation / membership just write us a short one-liner and attach a snapshot of the participation agreement so that we can set everything up for you.
How can I book / reserve an appointment?
You can easily do this at any time via our online calendar.
I can’t book a specific appointment online, although there are still places available in the calendar.
Some of our classes can only be booked through us (internally), or run as a closed class to ensure less fluctuation and a comfortable group size. If you are interested in a specific date, just contact us – nothing is set in stone 😉
What about the waiting list function for fully booked courses?
At the moment the waiting list function is only available on the app. You can use this to pre-register for a specific date and you will then be informed automatically and immediately as soon as a place becomes available. With you, of course, all other interested parties on the waiting list – so sometimes you have to be quick 🙂
How can I unsubscribe from a course date?
You can find helpful information about booking and deregistering here at Eversports »
How can I book a beginner course / workshop?
You should be able to see our workshops and beginner courses directly in the online calendar. And they can also be booked for you 🙂 In order to take part in one of our health courses, we still need your participation agreement before the start.
How can I book/manage a membership (via the app)?
Unfortunately, you can currently only view and manage your existing bookings for classes and workshops via the Eversports app. If you are logged in here in the calendar, you can see all your dates and bookings at the top right. If you have further questions about your existing tariff or a change, upgrade or similar, we will be happy to help you. By phone, email or during our on-site office hours.
How can I enter myself continuously for fixed times/appointments in the calendar?
If you would like to attend a specific date on an ongoing basis, we can also book you in long-term if you wish. A short email with information about the course, start time and duration to buero@wujian-leipzig.de is sufficient. Please do not forget to always unsubscribe yourself if you are unable to attend one of the dates. This will help us to keep track and plan better 🙂
How do I book a 10 card?
You can easily book the 10 card yourself via our shop (for the 25 family card this is unfortunately only possible at the moment by email to buero@wujian-leipzig.de ). We then create everything in the system for you. The validity of 3 months for your 10e card is only calculated from the first booked unit.
I can’t log into the system, book courses or have other technical problems
With such problems of a ‘technical’ nature, the guys from Eversports are happy to help you and usually very quickly. Simply write a short email to Eversports support.
